Why this is fraud:

This company will contact you in an attempt to collect on a debt that is long past the statute of limitations on collection.  They buy charged-off debts, add fees and then will use illegal means to intimidate you into paying them on a debt that is LEGALLY NOT COLLECTIBLE!  In addition, they will also issue you a CANCELLATION OF DEBT in which you will have to pay taxes on.

KNOW YOUR RIGHTS!  Depending on what state you reside, the debts that this company try to collect on ARE NOT COLLECTIBLE!  They are debts that 6-10 years old.  DO NOT acknowledge the debt with them!  By ignoring them, the debt will fall of your credit report.  If you do acknowledge and/or verify the debt with this company, it will continue to stay on your credit report.

Their commonly used ILLEGAL collection tactics:

- They will contact your family members stating that they cannot reach you and that they need to serve you with court papers.  They will tell your family members that they are listed as your point of contact, even though they are not.

- They claim that they have sent certified letters to notify you of your debt, but never product proof that they mailed anything.

- They portray themselves to be attorneys representing the original creditor when they ARE NOT attorneys nor are they any legal representation of the original creditor.

- They threaten to file a lawsuit, demanding that you pay the amount requested in order to settle the debt and prevent litigation.

- They will intimidate you by telling you that you will be reported to the IRS.  They will tell you that you will then be levied and your wages garnished if you do not pay the settlement.

- They tell you that it is TOO LATE to pay the original creditor.  It is NEVER too late to pay the original creditor, you do not have to pay a collection agency for the debt!

All in all, everything this company will tell you will be all lies.

1)  They have NO legal standing to file a lawsuit against you, nor do they want to.  They only use the threat to intimidate you.

2)  It is ILLEGAL for them to harass or threaten you by US Collection laws.

3)  They ARE NOT attorneys and ARE NOT representing anyone but themselves!


If you do an internet search on this company and it's phone number you will already see that there are numerous scam warnings, complaints and comments about this company's practice.  The names they use are fake.  They actively change their company name and phone number as well.

How do I know this is fraud?  

Because we almost became a victim ourselves when this company called a family member looking for my husband.  After a couple of phone calls with this company over a "debt" that was more 9 years old, we did our research and found the exact same scenario for numerous victims.  Same MO to a T.  Luckily, fellow victims have been brave enough to post their experiences with this company to prevent us from becoming a victim ourselves.  Now I am doing the same to hopefully prevent another victim.
