Thanks for your message and information supplied . There are issues I need to clarify from you before we commence operations

This money were deals made in the Military but there are no problems at all because the funds have existed for almost ten years . I was in charge of the purchase of weapons in the West African peace keeping Mission and used the opportunity to over invoice most of the purchase.I want you to be sincere to me because there are no risks involved .For the delivery risks as cited in your email, that will not be a problem because you can direct the security company to deposit the Box in a bank for a direct transfer of the contents to your bank account  or we can arrange for a diplomatic delivery  to your door step without any problems.

I kept the funds in a secret Security Company in Burkina Faso. I have sent   your information to the company to effect a change of Ownership of the funds to your name and arrange a quick transfer  of the funds to your destination.
The company wants the following information from you

1. Whether you be able to visit Burkina Faso to go and sign the release Order with the Security company
2. How you want the funds be delivered to you whether through a diplomatic means or direct transfer
3. To scan and send your valid identification proof that will be used in legalizing the Box in your name before delivery
4. Your private telephone number
