was a contract payment made to a contractor by the company that the contractor worked for but unfortunately the contractor died before the payment was made to his bank account with our bank, but for the fact that there is no next of kin to claim the funds, the officials then use your detail as the next-of- kin to the deceased to divert the funds because they know that nobody will ever come for the money as it is not documented that anybody will come to claim the funds.
