I had come down to Benin Republic for the sake of your $2.5million release
clause according to the instruction given to me by U.S. Department of
Homeland Security to meet Benin Republic Ministry of Finance for the
clearance of your fund and transfer your fund through our

see that the agreement had mandated in favor your transfer since
Ministry of Finance is ready to release your fund to avoid facing the
trouble of America Homeland Security who is very angry with them.
