He's using the name William Siegal and the email address siegal377@yahoo.com and he contacted her on Yahoo! Messenger.
He claims to be from the UK and was working in the US as an engineer. Claimed to have trouble with his bank card and had the victim wire him money multiple times.
These are the photos he sent to her - these photos are STOLEN photos.
