I have concluded the meeting yesterday with CBN officials and some government officials that you will come to Nigeria to sign your contract documents which you use to executed the contract as original beneficiary of the fund, why I said that is because you have suffer for many years from 1982/2014 to receive your contract fund. But some of us officials who working with Federal Government of Nigeria trying to davit some contract fund to their personal account that's why you didn't receive your fund and again you executed a contract with out you signing your contract documents as the beneficiary, how possible you think that you will executed a contract with Federal Government of Nigeria or some country's and somebody will come and help you sign your documents how is possible.
So please stop any contact you have with anybody re-guide this contract fund, that's why I point Mrs. Adaobi L. Usman New Director Foreign Remittance Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) and I have concluded her that you will come to Nigeria or her send the documents to you. If you can not make it to come you have two option and make sure that you finish everything this week, I have direct her what to do. Because Firstly Federal Government of Nigeria will sign your documents first before send to you, I have told Mrs. Adaobi already that if you are not ready let her not bounder you.
