I have told Mrs. Adaobi L. Usman this morning what to do , because she told me that you can't come to Nigeria and sign your contract documents. But,I don't the reason why you can't come to Nigeria to personally sign your contract documents as the beneficiary. The only option is to send the contract document using diplomatic logistic agent to deliver it at your step,which you have to pay 450usd for it.
In the case of insurance I've inform Mrs. Usman to only accept 450usd from you,if you can't come in person,I've taking care of the insurance fee on your behave,so you don't need to worry about that.Am doing all this just to make sure you receive your fund, because we observe that some politician in collaboration with some banks have been trying to divert contractor fund to there personal bank account and that's why the new President has order us to verify and pay every contractor as soon as possible.
