Note from me - I debated about whether to list this under 419 or Charity, but decided to list it in both scams because the scammers have created a fake charity name using the good fortune of one individual for their criminal workings.  The real Neil Trotter is in no way associated with this scam and there is NO charity by the name of Neil Trotter Charity Project!
