Hello,
I am sorry to intrude your privacy in this manner; I am Leighton Powell, a Private Investigator (P.I.) on inheritance recovery. My services has been hired by the Treasury and Financial Supervision Department of Lloyds Banking Group UK, they have entrusted me with the responsibility to investigate and provide any member of the family/lineage of one of their deceased Clients "Mashal Singh" to apply for inheritance claims.

Mr. Mashal was a very successful business man with over Thirty-Three Million, Four Hundred Thousand British Pounds (33.4M GBP) on deposit with Lloyds Bank Plc.Uk. He died at the age of 64 years on 26th December 2004 in Sumatra Indonesia while he was on vacation, and unfortunately, he did not have any child as he was medically certified unproductive.

Since his death, the Bank has been expecting any of his relatives to turn up for inheritance claims, but surprisingly, nobody has showed up. As a result of this, the Bank has hired my services to investigate and provide any of his relative to apply for inheritance claims. Unfortunately,  all efforts to trace any of his relative for about 2 years now has been unsuccessful because the deceased did not register anybody in all his official documents being held by the bank for his account.

Hence, no member of his family and or lineage is aware of his deposit, and none will ever come to claim the inheritance. A lot of people open private accounts with different Banks without the knowledge of their families and when they die, such monies will be lost unless someone applies for claims as beneficiary/relative.

Honestly, this is the toughest investigation I have carried out so far since I have been in this profession. Currently, the Bank is expecting me to come out with result within the next 30 days and failure to do so means the estate of the deceased will be forfeited to the government treasury as abandoned/unclaimed inheritance as stipulated by the UK law after a specific number of years must have elapsed.  Unfortunately, these monies indirectly find their ways into the pockets of politicians through fictitious representations.

Sincerely, I sympathizes his death, but think it is unprofitable for his hard earn money to be diverted and shared by some unscrupulous politicians for their selfish need if I am unable to provide any member of his family to the bank. Thus, to forestall a total loss, I want to use my position to work everything in our favour by presenting you to Lloyds Bank as the deceased relative so that the proceeds of the account can be paid to you for our mutual benefit at a ratio of 40% for your kind self and 40% for me while the balance 20% shall be disbursed as charity to aid victims of natural disasters etc.

For your information, I have already had everything planned out to its successful end and all precautions have been taken to make the transaction process 100% risk-free, and the bank will not hesitate to accept your application for fund release since you share same last name. I have evaluated the risk and the only risk I have here is your refusal to partner with me and alerting the bank about my plans.

Hence, I shall require of you to keep secret and to take all necessary measures and precautions in order to maintain the confidential and secret nature and character of all confidential information provided to you herein and hereafter. Be assured that we shall adopt legalized method that will shield us from going against the law in the entire process and I will be liable for all the crucial part within the Bank to have the claims released to you promptly.

Sincerely,
Leighton
