That’s why Mr. President went to America and United Kingdom last month to have meeting with President Barack Obama, United Nation and Prime Minister David Cameron how contractors that executed contracts with Nigeria government to receive there fund, we know that you have been scammer for many years in 1983 the time of General Ibrahim Babangida, General Sani Abacha ,Chief Olusegun Obasanjo and Dr. Goodluck Jonathan.

But everything have stop in Nigeria you have been scammed for years, if you will stop contacting them about your contract fund you will receive your fund. Because they are scammers and there are not working with any bank in Nigeria, there are many scammers in this world and you know very well, if you want to receive your contract fund try to make sure that you are follow my instruction. The only thing I needed from you is your banking details and if you are willing to receive your overdue contract payment the new finance minister will sign your contract documents before I transfer your fund into your bank account and you will pay him but I don’t know the amount and nobody will ask you any certificates or STOP your fund before you receive it.
