PLEASE NOTE:  This is NOT  a legitimate hospital and organ donation organizations would NEVER solicit organ donors in this way!  I am posting these emails here because this is a serious scammer that is targeting victims desperate enough that they are willing to sell their internal organs, only to steal what little money they do or don't have.  This particular scammer is spamming blogs all over the internet and reading some of the comments, there are actually people falling for these scams!  Help warn others about these scams!!
